We are dedicated to bring the strength and fitness of Martial Arts to the whole family. At Kelowna Martial Arts Centre we offer W.T.F Taekwondo, Grappling/Jiu-jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).  Our students have joined us for a variety of reasons, and some of the most common ones are: to improve self-confidence, to burn off excess energy/frustrations, learn selfdefense, to increase focus and discipline over ones mind and body. Our students stay for: the friendly and encouraging environment, the renowned competitive spirit, the increased self-awareness and accomplishment. We have a variety of programs, Taekwondo, Jiu-jitsu, and MMA perfectly tailored for kids or adults. Taekwondo

Our Kelowna Taekwondo instructors are fully certified under the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) that serves over 183 countries and is the official governing body for Taekwondo at the Olympic Games. Kelowna Taekwondo has the patience, skill, experience, and dedication to bring out the best in students of all ages and levels.

Grappling and Jiujitsu

At Kelowna Grappling we have combined: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, focusing on the very best from each art. Our lessons are focused on teaching the principles of the different arts, including self-defense, basic techniques, and to commit the core movements of Grappling and Jiu-jitsu to muscle memory.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Kelowna MMA classes are great for people who are just starting out and looking for a new challenge. Our curriculum consists of No-Gi Jujitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Submission Wrestling, Taekwondo, and much more. This sport became most popular due to the introduction of the UFC, it is a full contact sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground.
